APL Ltd is a private company that was formed by Mr Apandi Lakhiyalov to develop and manage aviation charter and leasing projects in the Middle East, Africa and CIS regions. It acts as holding company to Aerovista and Vista Georgia, each of which are 100% subsidiaries.

Aerovista
Aerovista was founded in 1999 and has now built a track record of almost unbroken profitability. It has added capabilities and resources throughout its dozen years of operations.

Aerovista is the management arm so conducts commercial management of overall group activities, provides aircraft for lease, aircraft maintenance and offers other related services. Being strategically located in UAE, the company is contributing to the development and expansion of small and medium sized airlines, especially in the Middle East, CIS and North Africa regions.

Aerovista also offers a series of Aviation Services and Consultancy Solutions to client airlines.

Vista Georgia
Flying in formation with Aerovista is Vista Georgia, the group’s independent operating arm, which is certified and regulated by Georgia’s civil aviation authority, the United Transport Administration. Vista Georgia is a full service airline that conducts wet lease projects and charter operations in the Middle East, CIS and North Africa regions.

Vista Georgia was established in 2009 and obtained its Air Operator Certificate in April 2010. It currently operates two Boeing 737-500 aircraft and has conducted a number of ACMI contracts with a range of customers.
