The Aerovista team is composed of highly experienced airline management, operations and engineering professionals with prolific industry track records. The team has an extensive network of senior industry relationships with airline customers, aircraft/engine manufacturers, lessors and regulators worldwide.

Apandi Lakhiyalov (President & CEO)
A graduate of the Kharkiv State Aeronautical University in Ukraine, where he received a PhD in Aeronautics, Mr. Lakhiyalov founded his first aviation company, TransAvis, in 1993, to provide technical support |

| services to airlines and aircraft manufacturers. In 1998, Mr. Lakhiyalov founded Aerovista and under his leadership, the company has grown to a staff of over 100 employees, with a highly experienced and professional management team. |

Jumber Yakobadze (VP & COO)
Mr Yakobadze leads Aerovista’s global operations and recently became a Partner and member of Board of Directors. He earned his Masters Degree in General Medicine from Kharkiv State Medical University. |

| He joined Aerovista in 1998 as Commercial Operations Manager and went on to occupy various senior management positions and now has 14 years of experience in airline operations and management. |
