Aerovista completes acquisition two Airbus A321s

Aerovista is proud to announce that we have completed our acquisition of two Airbus A321s to initiate our Passenger to Freighter conversion project. The two aircraft will go through a conversion program, with a target to have the aircraft ready for freighter operations by Q3 of 2022 and Q1 of 2023.

We believe the A321 P2F aircraft provides us an opportunity to break into the single-aisle freighter market that has been largely controlled by the Boeing 737Fs. The aircraft will be provided to our clients to help their freighter operations as we see this market continue to grow as a result of the current conditions created by the pandemic and the high demand for air cargo. We are working in collaboration with our investors, and believe this creates a unique investment opportunity for aircraft financiers whilst providing value to airlines looking to stabilize their revenues and gain market share in the necessary air cargo market.

The reasons why we are targeting the A321 for our conversion project is its efficiency, the A321 P2F will prove to be the most efficient single-aisle freighter available. It boasts a 30% additional containerized volume capacity over its rival, the Boeing 737-800F, while having 20% less fuel burn than the B757-200PCF. Additionally, the A321 P2F has a larger lower deck volume capacity over its Boeing rivals.
